We’re building the game in a **modular way** to keep systems flexible and easy to iterate on. Most core systems like combat, movement, and inventory are separate modules, so we can swap or upgrade them without affecting the rest of the game.

We're also using **plugins**, but mainly to speed up development and add specific functionality. For example, we leverage certain plugins for UI, physics improvements, and multiplayer/networking features, but the core gameplay systems are custom-built to fit our vision.

* **Servers:** Edgegap (low-latency dynamic servers)
* **Backend:** PlayFab + AWS + Firebase (player data, progression, security)
* **Audio:** FMOD Studio (immersive sound and adaptive voiceovers)
* **AI Usage:** Gods’ personalities and voice lines only. Players do not generate AI content.

### **Blockchain Integration**

* **Invisible Web3:** Blockchain runs entirely in the background. Players interact as in any traditional game. Only when withdrawing assets do they encounter Web3.
* **In-Game Currency:** Gold, Silver, and Copper as core soft currencies.
* **MLS Token:** The ecosystem token with **deflationary mechanics**, staking, and governance roles. Initial supply: **1 billion tokens**. Burns reduce supply over time.

Our long-term goal is to build a **lasting RPG** that bridges Web2 and Web3. By prioritizing **gameplay quality over speculation**, *Sands of Avalon* aims to reshape the perception of blockchain gaming and prove that sustainable, revenue-generating models are the key to survival in this space.
